GDPR
Please send any subject access requests or freedom of information requests to admin@parkgateinfants.herts.sch.uk, please note that post is not delivered to school during the holidays. Emails are checked regularly and we will endeavour to answer any requests within the necessary timescales.
Attendance
Parkgate Infants and Nursery discourages parents from taking holidays during term time.
The school will not authorise holidays in term time unless there are exceptional circumstances when you would need to gain permission from the headteacher.
School Closure Procedure
In the event of the school being closed, you will receive an email via Arbor. Please ensure all parents are registered on our Arbor app.
Arbor
We use the Arbor app to send letters and alerts to parents/carers. The app is also used for booking Parkgate Pirates wraparound care sessions.
Seesaw
Home learning is shared via the Seesaw class app.
Seesaw allows you and your child to view the home learning activities each week and respond to them with photographs, audio or video submissions. The class teacher is able to give feedback on the work submitted directly via the app to support the home school partnership.
